Refund & cancellation policy

• If you cancel a booking, the refund amount depends on the stage of the purchase and is written on your booking form.
• If we cannot deliver the car you booked, we refund your booking money in full.

• Once a car is bought at auction on your behalf, the deposit used for that purchase cannot be refunded.
• Before the auction purchase, you can cancel and get your deposit back.

Refunds are paid by bank transfer or cheque within the time written on your booking form.
